ABOUT INSPIRED EDUCATORS
Inspired Educators training program is an advanced self-awareness program which increases competency in emotional intelligence and growth mindset. While schools have introduced growth mindset and social-emotional tools for students through programs such as Character Counts, the I CAN Character Curriculum, and the Growth Mindset work of Carol Dweck for over a decade, support and professional development opportunities for educators and administrators in this area has been nearly nonexistent.
The Inspired Educators training program views educators not only as powerful and extraordinary leaders in the classroom and school community, but first and foremost, as unique individuals who have personal needs, hopes, dreams, fears, and challenges beyond the classroom or their students. Through this program, participants can gain self-awareness, access their personal power, clarify their personal and professional purpose and vision, address their biases, limiting beliefs, and patterns of behavior and begin to creating impactful and lasting changes that will translate in their lives, their classrooms, and their communities. Through this, participants will have the opportunity to powerfully shift the unparalleled expectations and challenges modern teachers face in America, beginning with their own journey of self-discovery and personal awareness.
